Head Chef, Michael Fusco: Michael has over 15 years of successful restaurant experience. He has owned and operated Restaurant at Cinnamon Hill, Restaurant One Two Three and The Rhino Room. Since 1987 Chef Fusco has provided private chef and catering services for numerous private and corporate clients. Among his clients are professional golfers and their families during the Masters golf tournament. For the last 10 years Chef Fusco has served as Executive Chef for Agape Senior assisting in culinary training, menu development and management. In 2013 he received the Illuminating Excellence Award recognizing outstanding food service professionals. Michael is thrilled to bring his culinary expertise to Main Street in the opening of Michael’s Café & Catering in March 2014.
