TITLE Boxing Club offers flexible membership plans and classes for every level of fitness. Each class is an individual workout in a group setting. Lead by trained boxing instructors, you are guided through a work out experience, not just a class. You will never take the same class twice and each workout is designed to hit all the key elements to a total body workout: cardio, strength/resistance, core/abs, and stretching.
